I feel like my child is dropped off into a black hole. The policies and structures change at a moments notice, and parents are not given the opportunity to make any adjustments.

There is no interaction between parents and there are only a few times that there have been any school functions to where the parents are asked to participate

There is no communication with other parents, the school does not care whether parents develop relationships. The school does not resolve conflicts between children by bringing in the parents.

There is a spiral notebook that the parents handwrite notes in with updates for the school. This notebook is something you would find in gradeschooler's backpack. NOTHING is ever reviewed and my own notes had to be followed up on.
