Bright Days Preschool is a hidden gem! It is located at the corner of Maple and Hopkins in Faith United Church of Christ. The preschool is owned and operated by Ms. Sherri Lunney. Our child has attended Bright Days in the 2 year old, 3 year old and Pre-Kindergarten program. Registering him for the 2 year old class was the best thing we did for him. He learned early on how to listen to other adults and to play well with other children. We have been totally thrilled with the teachers and the curriculum at Bright Days. The children have been well-prepared for Kindergarten, while still having fun and making friends! Bright Days is a fantastic preschool for children ages 2 through Pre-K. In addition to their 3 morning Pre-K they also have a 5 day Pre-K program. The teachers at our Kindergartern registration were so impressed with how well-prepared our son was. Bright Days prepares a complete assessment for each child that we were able to bring to our Kindergarten registration. It gave our son's future teachers important information about what he has learned and how he learns.

Being Savvy Today
On My Own
We met up with my father for a weekend in Grayton Beach, Florida . It was too short as the girls don't see nearly enough of their grandparents, but we packed it full of fun. We spent our last day on the beach

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
