Director's Comments
Question to director: Do you have any additional thoughts on what parents should consider when looking at your school? Is there any advice that you would like to provide to prospective parents?
Parents should please visit the Association Montessori International web site www.montessori-ami.org for further information. Our school is designed to introduce high quality Montessori as an early childhood education alternative for San Francisco families. Up until now, the only Montessori primary education available in San Francisco has been offered by private institutions. We are dedicated to preserving the same level of excellence but offering all children access to it.

This is the first public preschool Montessori program and it has only been operating for 15 months. The monthly parent education classes have been very helpful. The Montessori parents have started a web bulletin board where we can post messages.

Baking Bread with a Toddler
As we enter into cooler weather, indoor pursuits beckon, and what could be better than baking with a toddler? I'm all over the "easy" way -- buy some pre-made dough, roll it out, and cookie cutter it to death
