Director's Comments
Question to director: Do you have any additional thoughts on what parents should consider when looking at your school? Is there any advice that you would like to provide to prospective parents?
Blossom Valley International Preschool provides a wonderful opportunity for you to share in your child's preschool experience without the time commitment usually required in an ordinary co-op preschool. Lessons are all prepared by the teacher. School maintenance is provided by the owner. Parents are asked to help out in the classroom 3 to 4 times over a 2 month period. This allows your child the time to experience an environment away from you, but also allows you the chance to share with your child in their learning experience. If you are looking for a preschool in a home environment and a chance to network with other parents I do hope you'll visit us.
Parents' Comments
Parent #1
Strengths: small class size with parent participation makes for a close community of parents and kids. Lots of support from director and other parents. Weakness: I am well satisfied with this program, and have had all three of my children here. I can't compare it to other schools, but I would say that the teacher is a strong teacher, rather than a gentle guide.
Parent #2
Very cohesive parent participation. Is a co-op so parents do work.
