Teachers did NOT deal with children, they are ignored. If they got to hard to handle they were beside themselves. They did NOT deal with social issues, conflict was dealt with by yelling and being upset. Teachers had their favorites and the rest of the children tended to be ignored. Teachers told parents of all the bad negative stuff their children did but parents rarely heard about the positive good things they did.
