Late Pickup Policy: Any pick-up that occurs after 5:45 p.m. will be considered late, and the family will be charged $5.00 for each five minutes or portion thereof past closing time. This late fee will be used for staff development. Families with two children will need to pay late fees for both children, if arriving at the Center after 5:45 p.m. At 5:45 p.m. individuals listed on your alternate pick-up list will be contacted unless you have called in with an estimated time of arrival. If you will be late, the courtesy of a phone call will be appreciated, both by your child and the staff; however, the late charge will still be assessed. This school is a preschool/daycare setting so the hours are from 7:45 am to 5:45 pm. It is difficult developing relationships with other families, since everyone is dropping off and picking up their children all at different times. Most families are working or students and are with CalTech and JPL. However, there are a few families from the community.
