Staff is unfriendly and cold. I've heard the teachers yelling loudly at students and they just are rude to adults as well. My daughter has been going to child care at various locations for over 4+ years now and I've never heard her say she hates going until recently. Seems to be WAY to many kids in the classes too. The Before and After care will get so full they move children into other rooms to try to space them out. They have also screwed up on my bill and put my payment to another persons account so I was locked out of the school. Took 3 days for them to fix it with me having to print out a copy of my bank statement to show them the w/drawl. Its just not run properly. They act as if they are doing me a favor and not their job.
