We had three boys go thru The Beagle School and they all LOVED it! The school has a two-year, a three-year and a four-year-old program. All programs are geared to be age appropriate with integrated field trips to such places as Up Yonda Farms, Proctor's, The Dance Museum, Sunnyside Gardens, Congress Park, Empire State College (to trick or treat!), Schuyler Farms, etc. The teachers were warm, caring and attentive to each of my children's individual needs. I had twins in the same class and they were always treated as individuals. My boys have detailed, thoughtfully prepared "Memory Books" that the teachers diligently work on throughout the school year to present to the parents at the end of each school year, at a family picnic. These are lasting memories that I will treasure forever (and my boys will treasure somewhere down the road!)
The Beagle School has a fun-filled, child-friendly backyard. The children are outside almost everyday and there is even a large wooden ship to play in and a curvy, paved path for the children to ride little tricycles on, or "cars" or to pull a wagon on. When I would arrive to pick up my boys, they would never want to go home!
As a family, we have made life-long friends with several of the other Beagle families we met through our children going to The Beagle School.
I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone looking for a solid foundation for their preschooler. We loved The Beagle School...you will too!

Great curriculum. Great teachers. Children are exposed to so many possitive experiences that prepare them very well for kindergarten and beyond. Social and school behavior instilled at top end of all children in kindergarten. Teachers transfer their excitement to children.

It was a cold and soggy day at the Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo. Cold, that is, for March day here in Austin. Of all the sights to see, my son spent most of our visit at the petting zoo. He picked out his

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
