We are very happy with this preschool. My son has been there for two years and has a blast. I don't know of any or heard of any other school that does so much for the kids. I love that they celebrate every holiday and occasion, it makes school fun and festive. Nowadays so many places are so scared of offending someone or some religion...it's gone overboard, these are kids who just want to play, sing songs, paint, be silly and learn all they can. I love all the little events and the parents are more than welcome, if not encouraged to attend. I and my husband even stop by the school at different times with no problems.
Look no place is perfect and I believe the people complaining just have nothing better to do than complain and create chaos where there really isn't any. These kids have structured and non structured classes, events, play time. It's a good balance, I want my kid to learn right from wrong and consequences for your actions, I want him to play in the dirt and learn about the sun and bugs, and the earth, I want him to have that social interaction that will help him throughout his life. Most places won't even begin teaching kids anything at this age, they just let them play. Here my son is getting a head start and comes home everyday excited about what he learned that day.
I get involved a lot and I believe the teacher ratio, the meals, the activities (educational and play) are really good.

I highly recommend this school to anyone. My child is currently attending this school and I am very satisfied with what they teach and specially with the staff. When i drop off my child I always get a smile, a very welcome greeting and from what I see the staff greets everyone in the same manner. My child is only a toddler and already can identify colors, shapes, numbers, letters and many other age appropriate things. I always know what my child eats for snack and lunch, I know how long he slept, and how many times the diaper was changed throughout the day.On Fridays the teacher leaves for all parents what our child did during the week with a note which tells me she really focuses and works hard to find the children needs. I never find my child dirty since the staff find time to change them so that when they get pick up they are always clean. One of the most important things to myself and every parent is that when we leave we can be sure our child is in a safe, secure and most important loved place, where the children are not only a paycheck to the staff and they get treated as if they were her own. We are all very pleased with the staff and their academic level. We thank all the staff and highly recommend this school. Very Happy parent.

I have had great experiences at this school, with all the teachers and director, and other parents... all the teachers are very nurturing and enjoy what they do... i feel safe leaving my child at this location, and know he is going to get excellent care and a well balanced education.

my child went here and for a while it was great. then both of the teachers were fired, at once, and made to work the rest of the day. then a substitute was brought in who was shouting at the children. then the new teachers came along. my child never took to them. the school took my child on field trips to the park without my permissio (never was a permission slip presented) and i was completely underminded constantly as a parent. this created a HUGE temperment issue that we have finally adjusted.
i never got my deposit back and despite being told that we would have one week vacation that tuition need not be paid i was told to pay anyway. i will never recommend this facility again to anyone.

I would not recommend this school to anyone I know. I have three children and have teaching for ten years. I know my schools and this school is poorly run. There is too much discipline where my children can not explore. Some of the teachers there are very mean and rude. Keep in mind these are two to four years old children. The teachers act very different when parents are around oppose when there are no parents present. I made a surprise visit to the school and sure enough one of the teachers were grabbing the child by the hand and yelling. This person was shocked to see me there. To make a long story short I would recommend this school to anyone there are many other school that are cleaner and well structured.

My daughter loves her teachers and the school director. she is 22 months and knows they all by name. The never single out a child when disciplining. They defuse the situation and conflict resolution...which can be difficult with toddlers. I have learned from them how to deal with the early onset of the terrible two's, and because of the advice and communication with everyone she's almost out of this phase

This daycare is severely understaffed. You are never provided with a legitimate report telling you what you child has done all day. The children, all ages, are allowed to watch TV several times during the week after 4 PM. Hannah Montana in concert is considered educational TV for children 18 months and older. The place has so much potential: location & building layout. Too bad, the ownership does not capitalize on what they have. Please note, they have a junk car in the parking lot that has been ther for years and broken piano at their entrance. Also, you will be greeted by damp mops, a rolled up old carpen on a bench, and empty buckets and canisters. They dump water with cleaning chemicals in their "flower bed"/"vegetable garden" routinely. The toys look like runned down hand me downs or yard sale finds....their tricycles actually have rust on them.

Joy Through a Child's Eyes
It was a cold and soggy day at the Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo. Cold, that is, for March day here in Austin. Of all the sights to see, my son spent most of our visit at the petting zoo. He picked out his

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
