Parents' Comments
Parent #1
We have not witnessed any disciplinary issues since we have attended so I have no first hand knowledge of their methods other than what they say they do. However our daughter has never come home with a "new" undesirable habit, so in my opinion it is working. Arguements, disagreements and crying are very rare. Our daughter speaks very highly of her teachers and it appears that all of the teachers are well liked and respected by all of the kids who attend. Communication between the teachers and parents has always been good. Short discussions of progress in various areas are given whenever asked for and our 9 month old comes home with a one page outline of what she did each day (food, sleep, diaper changes, and time outdoors). Food and drinks are given often so kids are happy. Sunscreen is applied often. Parental requests, such as help with potty training, are taken and acted on thoroughly regardless of what teached is asked (proof that the teachers communicate well together). I really like the balance of education, arts, music and play that is maintained. Our older daughter comes home with a new craft project almost every day. Lastly I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, at other schools we have attended it felt like a business, childrens house almost feels like you are dropping your kids off at a friends house.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
