Parents' Comments
Parent #1
the children continue to play with toys that are on the "lead paint" list.
most furniture in the classrooms look like they got them from good will.
Parent #2
My children love the instructors. They have learned so much in the short time they have been there. I couldn't be more pleased with their teachers.
I don't feel that the director is present or approachable enough. I expect to be acknowledged when entering or leaving the building. They NEVER say good morning or good evening. I am always the first to initiate a greeting. I don't think the assistants even know my name. I don't know some of theirs.
I want to feel comfortable when I drop my children off and when I pick them up that the person at the front desk knows my face and that my children are supposed to be walking out the door with me. I don't. The security is not fool proof.
I do like that notes are sent home with the children everyday that tells us what they did.
I have left messages and notes regarding a billing issue and have not received a response just continued bills with no explanation. This has been going back and forth for months.
