The schools curriculum co-insides with the New York state standards, the teachers are warm and caring and work at each students level and nourishes them to become more independent and social beings.

Gateway has many strengths including friendly and competent teachers, comfortable environment, and excellent teaching model. We all love it!

The curriculum is excellent for preparation for little ones for kindergarten. Socialization is ensured but what impresses me the most is the unique approaches to learning and academics. My son is having fun learning something new every day. The communication skills between parents and teachers is top-notch.

All the teachers are so supportive and caring. They encourage the children to have fun through learning. They set the foundation for making school fun and educational.

Gateway Nursery School is wonderful is every aspect. My daughter loves the teachers coming to the car in the morning to get her. She enjoys the one on one attention as well as the creativity from the program. Her teachers are fantastic too. I like how they re direct the childrens' attention as opposed to strict discipline. I love the fact that the kids have free time, as well as circle time, songs, activites, and books.
I truthfully have not heard one negative thing from the teachers, or my daughter. I have been fortunate that our experience has been fantastic. I'm looking forward to sending my son and my daughter back in the fall.
Thanks again!

Gateway is a wonderful school. My son loves going here. We've had nothing but positive experiences here. The teaching staff is great and always willing to listen to any concerns you may have. They have a nice balance between socialization and academic skills, especially for the 4 year old program.

Being Savvy Today
My Year of Giving Thanks
A year is such a strange thing. It's hard to define, other than to say that it's (generally) 365 days long, or to assign some notion of time to it. Yet, the truth is, so much happens in a year that all those events and experiences seem enough for

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
