Director's Comments

Question to director: Do you have any additional thoughts on what parents should consider when looking at your school? Is there any advice that you would like to provide to prospective parents?

Creme de la Creme was founded in 1982 and our newly built Romeoville location opened in June of 2008. 90% of our teachers have been here since we have opened in June. We will be starting our first Kindergarten program in the fall of 2009!

Parents' Comments

In this case you do NOT get what you pay for. My daughter does not receive the setting, care and services at the romeoville Creme location that other nearby Creme locations give. The building is beautiful, the staff is friendly the brochure and philosophy are excellent but at THIS location, you don't receive nearly what you are promised or pay for. The water park is still closed. My daughter was there for 3 months and the staff continues to come and go like your much cheaper/run of the mill daycare centers. They will give you the tour of the wonderful music room, computer lab, story room, etc. but your child will never see experience any of it. Example: The music room is replaced with teachers singing songs in the classroom with a boom box. Other Creme locations have a music teacher and teaches in the music room.

My family and I searched and tried many early education facilities and no school even compared to Creme de la Creme.

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
