My children have attended Young America for over a year now and we are so happy with their high standards of care. Their staff are nurturing and kind and the Director is truly dedicated to providing quality child care and education. There has been some turnover in staff but what little they've had has all been due to the personal circumstances of the staff. The Director tries hard to find experienced and educated teachers and is great about communicating changes to parents. The classrooms are clean and well equipped. The curriculum is fabulous and I love the Zoo Phonics early reading program. I have visited many child care centers in Boise and Young America is by far the best. The Director has been nothing but kind and professional and we appreciate her so much. I would highly recommend this center to anyone.

The teachers at Young America are wonderful however, the turnover rate at this facility is HIGH. In just a matter of months, my children saw between 2-3 head teachers quit and new faces come in. The director of the facility is unprofessional and is more concerned about the money than the quality of care.

This is a wonderful caring school and I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a school for infant and above.
