Parent #1
It happened many times with me. When I leave my boy and go to pick him up they are all nice with him. On occassions when I went a little early to pick him up they were not that nice to him until they saw me. Some times, I saw kids unattended too while they were doing all kinds of mischevous things. I would rate Kinder Care as the best in this area.

I have had an amazing experience at Annie's Children's Center. The Directors are very helpful and love their jobs. The care mly child received for 3 years was outstanding.

Very low turn over rate and the teachers are so nice and the communication is great! Many of the children attend from infancy through preschool. It has a home away from home appeal

The place is a little cheaper. This might not be a good thing. The business targets the lower than average families, with lower than average quality teachers/caregivers. If lucky, you might end up with a good teacher; but most likely a bunch of high school grads. The turn-over rate is crazy.
I would spend a bit more for a Motessouri or better preschool, so your kids have a better start.

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
