Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children:
...are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety
Parent #1
The school was in great shape PHYSICALLY, but I was very unhappy with the treatment that my child and I experienced there.
Parent #2
The school is set up in a traditional Montessori manner, so there are no separate rooms for Art and music. The students do choreograph, and perform a musical each year which is very impressive to say the least. The school is relatively new as well as the facilities and playground equipment. The school is very well kept.
As far as discipline, I have seen them use the method where students must come sit by the teacher as opposed to moving about freely if they are misbehaving. They will also talk to the parent at pick up time. She always talks to them with respect and kindness while making sure that they understand that their behavior is not acceptable.
Parent #3
The facilities are absolutely gorgeous. The school's interior looks like a house out of Southern Living.

Joy Through a Child's Eyes
It was a cold and soggy day at the Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo. Cold, that is, for March day here in Austin. Of all the sights to see, my son spent most of our visit at the petting zoo. He picked out his

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
