Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety
Parent #1
Pacific Oaks excels at conflict resolution from Infant/Toddler through the Pre-K program. I am confident my kids are not only being cared for and protected but also being taught peaceful resolution skills that are helping them become independent, self-confident people. The facility is almost like a magical tree shaded glade with original craftsman bungalows surrounded by various climbing structures, massive sandboxes, different distinctive yards, and 'shady lane' filled with all manner of bikes and trikes. The campus is so distinctive in that it is not a cookie cutter preschool - it is filled with history and character. All the yards are age-appropriate and give each age physical challenges and a sense of ownership and accomplishment.
