Director's Description to School's Approach to Discipline
We always try a positive approach when making corrections; we emphasize empathy for and sensitivity toward other children when handling the enevitable conflicts. We use time-outs when appropriate, but sparingly, having tried other approaches first, and striving to help the child learn from the time-out.

There is a separate "night night" room where the children sleep. It has the cutest little bunk beds and pack n plays for those too young for a bed.
