Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children:
...are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety
Parent #1
The building is fairly new and is in great shape.
Parent #2
Regarding security, guests are not required to sign in, but the front door is locked and visitors must be buzzed in by the receptionist, who can see who is at the door. In the morning when school first opens, there is always a senior staff member at the door to greet the students and parents. Regarding snacks, there is always something nutritious available, but there is frequently food that is not nutritious as well. I am more food-conscious than average, and I do have a problem with this. The school is, however, working on improving this, and recently instituted a new snack policy.
Parent #3
Parents are responsible for snacks -- we're assigned one week per semester. School provides guidelines, emphasizing healthy snacks.
Parent #4
The school facility is beautiful, well-lit and a happy place.
