Director's Description to School's Approach to Discipline
We believe in a positive, proactive approach to discipline and behavior management. The consistency of the daily schedule, the clarification of rules and expectations, as well as the understanding of the consequences of misbehavior, are all part of a positive approach to discipline. Staff are trained to be aware of each child's developmental level and use techniques such as redirection and offering alternatives or choices when possible.
