Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children:
...are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety
Parent #1
The teachers and staff are well versed in helping children to resolve conflicts. When incidents do occur, they immediately attend to the situation. If a child falls and sustains an injury or bump to the head, after attending to the child they contact the parents to let them know exactly what the incident was and how it was handled. -- an argument with another child that resulted in a shoving -- This direct feedback from the teachers and staff is very important at this age as children at this age often don't bring home an accurate story of what happened.
Parent #2
Lakeside is one of the cleanest and organized schools I have ever seen. The bathrooms are always spotless. The hallwasys are bright and cheery and the classrooms are neat, clean, and organized.
