Parent #1
When children come into conflict, children are always redirected. And their interest is shifted. children are asked to express their feelings and encouraged to apologize if needed in particular situation

Parent #2
Great outdoor space - three areas: a sand pit, play structure, as well as a huge covered area where kids ride tricycles, scooters, cars, all kinds of things that go. So even on rainy days the kids play "outside". Probably one of my favorite things.
