Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety

Unless you are there everyday, a parents wouldn't really know the answer to these questions. How would a parent know how often Toys & Furniture are cleaned? Discipline - parents are not notified about discipline incidents unless there is some sort of injury involved. Teachers handle discipline according to the schools policy. I'm not sure if they notify parents of every little thing that happens in the classroom or on the playground.

How could a parent answer these questions? Since I am not there I have to rely on what I am told and my imagination.
