Parent #1
Children are expected to be kind and respectful to one another. If there is a disagreement, the children are taught to work things out in a calm and respectful way.

Parent #2
They use time out but really, they have a way of teaching the kids so really they don't need to resort to time out on most instances...I am really impressed with how they manage the kids and how respectful they are of the kids.
