For conflicts, I can only speak to what I have seen in other rooms when picking up my own child. This facility does change people around rooms (which is not all bad). Some of the people do a good job; however, there are quite specific people who desperately need training in properly disciplining a child. I've been appalled at tones and verbal discipline by certain people in the toddler rooms.

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
