Parents' Comments

Parent #1
Varies greatly by class age of course. Pre-K and 4/5 year is a mix of choice time with learning stations while younger ages have teacher-led time for music, learning calendar, reading with a lot of choice time where activity stations are refreshed daily or weekly.

Parent #2
There is a combination of free-play learning and whole group story time and music. During free-play a variety of centers are set up, highlighting open-ended imaginative play/role-play, library, playdough, sandplay, painting, etc. Students are generally encouraged to choose their own learning centers.

Parent #3
This school is mostly free play and mostly indoors. Although there is a playground, very little time is spent on it.
