Our curriculum is a balance of social and academic development. It is creative, child-centered and age-appropriate.

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
Our school does not have classrooms set up in centers. The teachers give the kids opportunities throughout the day to choose different activities and they also have structured learning time in which they include songs, stories, art, handwriting, number concepts, music, movement (P.E.), Spanish, Chapel, and phonemic and alphabet awareness.

Although the above are predominantly teacher-led, they are also part of free-play in the toys and manipulatives that are provided in each classroom.

Due to this age taking naps, I understand there is a limited amount of time to achieve curricular goals, but within that limitation I believe the teachers lead the lessons in the most efficient manner for this level of development.
