Our oral language, nursery rhymes, poems, and songs, mathematical reasoning and number sense as well as scientific reasoning and the physical world all have a balance between teacher led and teacher/child collaborative.

There is a good balance between free play and structure time. I prefer this balance as early preshcool year kids do not have long attention spans.
