Each class has a time of devotion and worship every day. During this time, children are introduced to Bible stories and Bible truths. A weekly chapel is held to reinforce the Bible story being studied that week. Each class follows a schedule of daily activities that incorporates a variety of learning experiences. Teachers will introduce concepts including colors, numbers, shapes, and letters on appropriate levels for each particular class. In addition, each class will have a theme unit of study that will change on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. These themes will include science and social studies related topics and incorporate music, movement, and art. The Pre-Kindergarten class uses a Christian curriculum that incorporates a pre-reading and pre-math workbook. The children will master letter sounds and simple number concepts. Children in the Pre-K class are well-prepared for their Kindergarten experience.
