I feel there could be more structure while learning basic ABC's and numbers. For instance, project time is just free painting or drawing. I think they could incorporate more learning into the arts and crafts.

Physical activity: there is both free play with some structure as well as free play. There is also a lot of other activities that are free play with some structure (i.e. stations for dress-up, block play etc.).
