"To expedite the application process, please complete the following: Complete the application form (you may use the Online Application form). Return it with the appropriate application fee (non-refundable) to Saint Andrew's School, 13601 Saratoga Ave, Saratoga, CA 95070. Please make your check payable to 'Saint Andrew's School.' Please give the Teacher Recommendation Form (Form A for Grade 2 - Grade 8; Form B for Pre-K - Grade 1), along with the enclosed envelope, to your child's current teacher. The recommended time would be in late January after the first semester. Students applying for Grades 6 - 8 must submit two Teacher Recommendation Forms (preferably from the math and the language arts teachers). Please have the teacher mail the form directly to the Director of Admission, Saint Andrew's School. Please initial the line 'May we call these schools?' located at the bottom of the first page of the application form. It is the parent's responsibility to submit the last two years of student report cards and test records to the Admission Director. Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade candidates: Students will be scheduled for an assessment appointment in February or March. All admission application materials (application, report cards, previous test records and recommendations) are due in our office by February 15th for decisions being reached by the end of March. Saint Andrew's School will strive to have a diverse group of children to enhance learning. If your application materials are received after February 15th, they will be processed accordingly. Admission decisions will be sent to the family in writing by the end of March. An enrollment contract is to be submitted within two weeks of notification of acceptance. A wait pool of applicants will be established and used to fill spaces that may become available. This wait pool list will be valid until January 30th of the following year. Financial aid information is available through the Business Office. Financial aid applications are due by March 1st.
