Applications are accepted: K-3:three year-old who has reached their third birthday by september 1st and is potty trained. k-4:children who have reached their 4th birthday by september 1st. tk-5:children who have reached their 5th birthday by september 1st. k-5:children who have reached their 5th birthday by september 1st. (1) satisfactory completion of the application packet including the following forms: (a) application for admission (b) family commitment form (c) transcript release if your child has attended another school (d) non-refundable application & testing fee (e) emergency authorization & release form (2) copy of the child's birth certificate (3) a completed georgia department of human resources school certificate of immunization (form #3231) and a completed ear, eye, and dental form (form # 3300) (4) payment of the one-time family fee ($500 per family to be paid in first year of family’s attendance only) and completion of all registration forms (5) the following must be completed/received prior to final acceptance: (a) a transcript of academic records from the last school attended and a copy of current report card (b) satisfactory scores on examinations of aptitude and achievement (c) satisfactory personal interview with parents and students may occur (d) developmental and academic screening for all incoming students, parents will incur the cost.
