Application Process
Applications are accepted: All the following information must be submitted to proceed in the admissions process. • a completed application • a signed enrollment agreement form • a signed statement of faith • a completed notarized medical release form o a notary is available in the school office during regular school hours. • a returned pre-school reference form • required documentation o copy of birth certificate o copy of social security card • the application fee of $200.00 (non-refundable) k2 (must be 2 by sept. 1st) k3 (must be 3 by sept. 1st) k4 (must be 4 by sept. 1st) all pre-school students must be completely potty-trained. a school physical and immunization will be required upon acceptance. 1. copy of birth certificate 2. copy of social security card 3. a notarized medical release form a notary is available in the school office. 4. a completed school reference form |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
