Application Process
Applications are accepted: Please contact sharalle arnold, assistant director at 895-4146 for more information. before a child can begin attending the children's center it is mandatory that we have on file the following items: 1.registration form 2.admission and withdrawal statement 3.parent financial agreement, with tuition deposit & billing status 4.child information card - completely filled in 5.class schedule (if you are a student at gvsu) 6.health appraisal form (must include shot record for four dpt's, three polio vaccines, one mmr and one hib). also must be validated on both sides by your child's physician or county health department. 7.family size/family income data sheet (if applicable) 8.special food needs form (if applicable |

| Acceptance criteria:
Becasue we offer limited options for 2.5 year olds we often have a waiting list for this age group. However there is no waiting list for children 3-12 years old.
The Family Independence Agency will not discriminate against any individual or group because of race, sex, religion, age, national origin, color, height, weight, marital status, political beliefs or disability. If you need help with reading, writing, hearing, etc., under the Americans with Disabilities Act, you are invited to make your needs known to an FIA office in your county

We met up with my father for a weekend in Grayton Beach, Florida . It was too short as the girls don't see nearly enough of their grandparents, but we packed it full of fun. We spent our last day on the beach

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
