Application Process
Applications are accepted: Enrollment forms, medical forms and a copy of the child's birth certificate are required. each child is required to have a complete physical examination and be up-to-date on all immunizations. schedule a free day of preschool for your child or make an appointment to tour our center. t h ree through age five. children must be completely potty trained (day and night). (pull up diapers are not allowed.) enrolled children may complete the semester in which they turn six. records: each child enrolled is required to have on file: 1) registration form, 2) copy of birth certificate, 3) enrollment history form, 4) current medical form, 5) emergency information forms, 6) guidance and discipline policy and other forms which may be required by the illinois department of children and family services. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
