Application Process
Applications are accepted: All children enrolling in the early start preschool program must complete all district and state required forms. originals of the child's birth certificate and current immunization records need to be provided by the parents/guardians. • child must have turned 4 before september 1 of the current school year. completed packet must include the following forms: preschool enrollment form, home language survey, health history, copy of birth certificate, and copy of immunization record |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
