Applications are accepted: It is the responsibility of the enrolling parent to accurately complete and sign all enrollment forms and update information as needed. by signing the enrollment forms, the enrolling parent is also certifying that they have legal authority for the child. it is important that the center maintain current and accurate records on each child so parents can be contacted in case of an emergency. your child(ren's) current immunization record must be received prior to or at the time of enrollment and must be kept current at all times. little people has an open door policy. a physician's report is required of all children before admission. children are not permitted to attend with communicable disease or fevers.
