Application Process
Applications are accepted: This program is designed for children who are at least 3-years-old by september 1st. all children enrolled in preschool must be potty trained copy of birth certificate verification of medical immunizations early childhood learning center requires that parents tour prior to the date of entrance testing. (k4-2nd only) church reference form to the student's church home to be filled out and returned directly to dcs. request for confidential records form to previous school requesting: • report cards • record of immunizations • confidential teacher recommendation forms |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
