Application Process
Applications are accepted: Call the school office at 740-477-6427 for a pre-admission tour and interview. year: enrollment form, copy of the child’s birth certificate, social security card, up-to-date immunization record, emergency notification forms, signed conduct policy, signed statement of faith, and authorization to release records from previous school. contact the new hope office at 740-477-6427 to obtain information or visit the school during office hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. enrollment forms, a policy manual, required medical form and menu will be provided. you will be given a tour of the facility and information about the program and availability of space. an enrollment fee will be required in order to confirm a space for your child. |

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
