Application Process
Applications are accepted: After an application form is submitted to the office, an appointment is arranged for the child to accompany the parents for a school visit and interview with the appropriate teacher. students who have special needs that fall within our ability to address may be accepted on a provisional basis, with additional stipulations. parents must also submit the following records and forms at the time of signing of the tuition contract : copy of birth certificate immunization form 3231 eed certificate form 3300 (4 years and older) student's permanent school records (if transferring from another school) additional mmr vaccine form 3189 (6th grade requirement) dhr emergency contact form parental permission form regarding publication of student photos field trip permission form copy of driver's license of parents and/or individuals designated to pick up children |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
