Application Process

Applications are accepted: Please stop by, call the office 2 day (t/th), 3 year old – 3 by 10/16/2006 3 day (m/w/f), 4 year old – 4 by 10/16/2006 5 day (m-f)), 4 year old – 4 by 10/16/2006 5 day (m-f), developmental kindergarten – 5 by 10/16/2006** * a copy of your child’s birth certificate is required for our file. ** the director reserves the right to extend this cut-off date. no exceptions: all children must be toilet trained when school begins. pullups and diapers are not permitted. health & immunization record: an up to date medical form, including immunization records and a physical exam within twelve months of the beginning of school must be on file in the ecc office before you drop your child off on his/her first day.

Application fee: $100 Three and Four Year Old Programs Parishioner - $100 Non-parishioner - $120 Developmental Kindergarten Parishioner - $350 Non-Parishioner - $370

Admissions Process

Acceptance criteria: PRIORITY for enrolling children in ECC programs is given to children whose parents are stewards of St. Michael’s parish provided they register during the priority enrollment period. Completion of a statement describing contributions of time, talent and treasure to the parish is a required part of the application process. 1. Children returning to preschool and their siblings. Children returning to the four year old program are guaranteed enrollment. Enrollment in the Developmental Kindergarten program is limited to 16 children.* 2. Children whose parents are registered members of St. Michael Parish.* 3. Parishioners of other Catholic Churches and the general public. Members of other Catholic Churches receive priority. When the number of applications exceeds the number of spaces available in a program, enrollment in that program is by lottery with children whose parents are stewards of St. Michael Parish receiving priority.Unless your child is placed directly on a waiting list, payment MUST accompany the application

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
