Application Process -
Initial Contact Procedures:
1. Perspective parent calls and schedules a facility visit.
2. Tour of facility (children welcome); literature and current parent references provided.
3. Subsequent visits available upon request (child required to visit facility prior to enrollment for needs assessment).
Once you have decided Giggles is best preschool option for your child, simply complete the following enrollment steps:
1. Complete the Preschool Application Form and submit with a four week deposit to reserve a space for your child.
2. A deposit equivalent to four weeks of fees is required to reserve a space for your child. This is a non-refundable deposit. Parents sign an annual contract for a 12-month school year (9/1 - 8/31). The deposit is applied to the last four weeks of the annual contract. The deposit is non-refundable.
3. Meet with the Cynthia or Cherria to review: policies and procedures; needs assessment; appropriateness of placement; required forms and Parent Handbook.
4. Meet with Cynthia or Cherria a second time to submit and review all required forms and to develop an Orientation schedule to assure a smooth transition for your child. Attendance at a parent orientation satisfies this requirement.
