Applications are accepted: Copy of birth certificate complete immunization history (all immunizations must be up to date, see attached department of health flyer) copy of latest report copy of latest new york state test scores copy of standardized test scores |

Admissions Process
| Acceptance criteria:
All new students must be tested. Appointments for testing will only be made after the school office receives a completed application along with all the items listed above. Once an appointment has been made you must keep it. If you are unable to keep this appointment you must call the school office to re-schedule. If you do not call the school office about a missed appointment your child?s application will be placed on a waiting list.
