Application Process

Applications are accepted: By lottery in fall and summer. for winter and spring session children in the program register first and then registration is open to the general public to fill any open spots in the program.

There is no wait list for upcoming school year.  more

Parent visits tours are: May call the office to set one up.

Acceptance criteria: Lottery - For the fall and summer only. Parents are asked to list three sites they would like their child to attend. If a child does not get into their first choice, they are placed into their next choice and added to the waiting list for the first choice. In Summer we oly have two sites that we can use so we are limited in space. There is an open registration for any space not filled. Please see our activity guide for the dates

Notification occurs: As soon as application has been processed.

Financial aid is available.

Age/Child Requirements

Child must be 3 years to enroll.

Child must be potty trained to enroll.

Inquiries accepted from August 1 onwards.

Director's Comments

Question to director: Please list anything you wish parents to be aware of with respect to the application process.

Financial aid depends on city budget. We try to keep it on a needs basis.

Lottery system - we will turn no child away from the program. Will add to program, but all sites must be filled. We will not open another site or program if there is space available.

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
