Application Process
Applications are accepted: Each child, before the admission day, must have a physical examination by a doctor to be certain that the child is in good physical health and free from any communicable diseases. also, a complete report of the child's medical history and immunization records must be submitted prior to admission. state law requires that the following forms be completed and returned to the school office on or before the first day of attendance: proof of immunization identification and emergency information child's pre-admission health history – parent's report physician's report acknowledgment of parent's rights notification consent for medical treatment personal rights acknowledgment parent handbook policy acknowledgment and signed admission agreement |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
