Application Process
Applications are accepted: The school adminstration will call for testing and interview where needed physician’s report and immunization record this is to be completed by the physician. a copy of the immunization record may be attached to the physician’s report if it has been recorded on another form. it must include the month, day and year of each dosage. the tb test must be documented by date given, by whom, date read, by whom and results of the test. all requirements must have been met in order for a child to begin attendance. a copy of the birth certificate is mandatory for entry to preschool.a child must be between the ages of 2 and 5 years of age, and in transition to be toilet trained to become registered in our program. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
