Application Process
Applications are accepted: Schedule an appointment to observe by calling the campus directly. when you observe please try and bring your child so he or she can meet their prospective teacher. if you are bringing your child please let the campus know in advance. send in the enrollment application and your first installment payment, this ensures your childs place in the class. there is no enrollment fee, your first installment will be applied toward tuition. once you have sent in your application and first installment we will send you additional forms that the state requires for attendance. your child cannot attend fountainhead until we have these completed forms. the office will contact you to confirm your child's enrollment and start date. admissions are based on availability of space. an immunization record must be provided on or before the first day of school. |

| Acceptance criteria:
Children from the toddler and preschool classes and the siblings of current students are given preference in admissions. Consideration is also given to the age balance of the class.
Fountainhead admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational, athletic, and other policies and programs

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
