Application Process
Applications are accepted: The director has a meeting with the parent(s) prior to admission to review center policies and procedures, complete an enrollment contract, discus and document the child's developmental history, complete paperwork, and allow the parent(s) and child(ren) the opportunity to meet staff and tour the center. the following forms must be completed before a child is enrolled: enrollment & health history enrollment contract child health report immunization report intake form for children under 2 years child emergency card parent volunteer authorization to administer medication (when applicable) field trip consent form enrollment contract each family must have a signed enrollment contract on file. the enrollment contract includes the hours/days for child care, the original start date, and the child's name. upon signing this contract, the parents are held responsible for all charges detailed in the agreement. |

Currently no Infant openings. Please call to be placed on a waiting list.
Toddlers (1 year to 2 years)
Currently no toddler openings. Please call to be placed on a waiting list.
2 Year Olds
Currently no 2 year old openings. Please call to be placed on a waiting list.
3 Year Olds
Currently no 3 year openings. Please call to be placed on a waiting list.
4/5 Year Olds
3 four/five-year-old openings to start immediately
