Application Process
Applications are accepted: The children we serve are in mixed age groups spanning from our admission age 2 years and 6 months (by september 1 st) until they go off to kindergarten. registration is completed when a family's enrollment contract is signed, the accompanying registration fee has been paid to the preschool, and the following required forms have been given to the family to be filed at our center: emergency information ~ field trip permission card (due with contract) child health report (signed by a doctor, due within 30 days of enrollment) child's immunization record (due within 30 school days [6 calendar weeks of enrollment]) child profile (due by the first day of attendance). parent involvement opportunities must be toilet-trained. |

Admissions Process
| Acceptance criteria:
Priority registration is given to currently enrolled families for the next enrollment period, regardless of whether or not they live in UW- Family Housing. New openings for each enrollment period are then filled from the "waiting list" of applications received, with priority given to residents of UW-Family Housing (i.e. University Houses, Eagle Heights, and Harvey Street Apartments).
