Application Process
Applications are accepted: Courthouse academy accepts students ages two, three, four, & kindergarten. all students must have had their birthday by september 30th in order to register. four-year-old pre-kindergarten students interested in registering for this class must pass an assessment test call to arrange a tour of the school. - in order to be enrolled, students must have completed: a registration form and paid the registration fee. - the registration fee is refundable only if you move from the area before the school year begins. - the student information form completely filled out and with emergency contacts and a current photograph attached. - the blue, virginia state medical form turned in by the first day of school. your child will not be allowed to start school if we do not have the medical form. get the form to your doctor early so that you are not caught in the rush in august. if your child was enrolled with us last year, it is not necessary to fill out a new va state medical form unless your child will be attending as a kindergartner. then a new form is required. - all new students must present to the office birth verification in the form of a birth certificate or baptismal certificate. unacceptable for proof is a social security card. - any child born after 1/1/97 must have the chicken pox vaccine. |

| Acceptance criteria:
The first day of registration is strictly for families who already have children at the school. Younger siblings who are new to the school but have an older sibling attending may register the first day.
The second registration day is open to the public. We accept no registration forms from new parents until this time
